Welcome to Marlin Luxe. We are committed to providing you with high-quality, sustainably made garments. As a premium, on-demand brand, your item is custom-created specifically for you upon ordering. This ensures exclusivity and reduces waste, which means our shipping timeline involves a production phase.
1. ⏱️ Order Processing & Production Time
Because each item is crafted on-demand specifically for you, there are two distinct phases before your order is delivered:
A. Order Fulfillment (Production)
This is the time it takes to create your exclusive item(s) (i.e., printing, cutting, sewing, quality control, and packaging).

Standard Fulfillment Time: 3 – 7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays), fulfillment may occasionally take up to 10 business days.
Please Note: Fulfillment time does not include shipping time.
B. Shipping Time
This is the time it takes for the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL) to deliver the package to your address after it has been fulfilled.
2. 🌍 Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, weight, and chosen shipping method. We offer the following general estimates for delivery after the fulfillment phase is complete:

Marlin Luxe utilizes a global network of premium production partners. The fulfillment location may vary based on your order and destination to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
3. 📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the email is sent.
4. 📝 Important Shipping Disclaimers
A. Multiple Shipments (Split Orders)
Since your products may be produced by different specialized facilities in our premium network, you may receive multiple packages for a single order.

Rest assured, you will only be charged a single, combined shipping rate at checkout, and you will receive tracking numbers for each package.
B. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (collectively, "Customs Fees").

Marlin Luxe is not responsible for these charges. These fees are imposed by the destination country's government and are the sole responsibility of the recipient (the customer).

C. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
D. Missing or Lost Packages

If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or local delivery services. Marlin Luxe is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.
